Our Housing Information and Referrals Program helps individuals explore their housing options. Experienced housing counselors assist individuals and families in finding affordable and subsidized housing in and around Denver. We also refer callers to other community-based organizations.

Landlord/Tenant Counseling
Our Landlord/Tenant Counseling Program offers individuals information on leases, the legal eviction process, security deposits, rent increases, harassment, privacy problems, abandoned property, and other aspects of Colorado law. We also refer to other legal avenues.

Senior Housing Locator
Our Senior Housing Locator Program offers thoroughly-researched information on local options for housing for seniors, including independent and assisted living, as well as nursing care facilities. We can also offer information on costs and qualifications for senior residences and local senior programs, centers and assistance.

Housing Options
Our Housing Options Workshops is a collaboration with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and the Denver Dept. of Human Services. The purpose of the housing course is to educate participants about housing options in Denver while empowering and motivating them to become self-sufficient.

Effective Tenant Training
Our Effective Tenant Training Program (ETTP) is a workshop geared toward educating potential renters and future home buyers. It offers effective tenant training, conflict resolution, credit and budget management, and much more. Workshops are also provided for TANF participants at the Denver Dept. of Human Services (DDHS).
