The Senior Housing Locator program is designed to maximize senior citizens' access to information that can help them resolve their housing problems in the best way possible - avoiding unnecessary stress and displacement.
The Senior Housing Locator program reflects a merger between the Elderly Housing Hotline and the CHOICE Senior Housing Counseling programs. The Senior Housing Locator staff provide:
• Referrals to a range of housing options for seniors in any landlord-tenant situation.
• Counseling and support services in resolving senior housing problems.
• Educational presentations about housing options for seniors.

The best resource of the Senior Housing Locator program is the "Senior Housing Locator!" Community Housing Services, Inc. publishes a thoroughly researched listing of all licensed senior housing facilities in the Denver Metro area, including independent living, assisted living, and nursing care. |
